Have you tried to restart the server?

    Sorry for the delay.
Ultimately this was hacked from Turkey.
Several customers had folders with attributes o+rw (big mistake) and uploading .pl file changed to run any index .* file and left a message saying they had been hacked by a Turkish organization. What made me worried is that made it out of the web folder and deleted the folder two customers log ultimately not finding apache is not running.
Out from the web folder is Apache wrong?
Ispconfig config for Apache run in jailroot for each virtual domain?
    Greetings & Regards
