apache2 fcgi and fpm error

I use ISPConfig 3.0.5.2

My problem is:
PHP pages only shown if modphp selected:

php-fpm show the page source
fastcgi 500 error and "Permission denied: mod_fcgid: can't lock process table in pid 15058" in the apache error.log file.

Please help.
