There is no API Documentation available yet, thats why the links shows this error. The guy that started the documentation project quit before it was finished.
Thats possible but thats not really informative as the tools that I tested were not able to produce a good descripption for the evnt based system. The easiest way to get into ispconfig programming is to look at the plugins and forms that exist already.
