   Has the SOAP/remote/php API for the billing module been released? If so, where might one obtain it from?

   The SOAP API for the billing module will be released as part of the next billing module version. I expect it to be released in about 1-2 weeks. If you have already a billing module license, then you will get this update by email automatically.
