APS install stuck at Installation_task when using API after updating to 3.1.14p2

    Hello,
    No packages are installed when I use the sites_aps_install_package remote API function after 3.1.14p2 update.
    All values appear to be entered correctly in aps_instances and aps_instances_settings tables but no files are installed.
    Found out that no data for sites_aps_install_package are added to sys_datalog table after update. Why is that?
    Please let me know your suggestions to solve the problem.
