No, all packages wre loaded from apsstandard.org. If you want to publish a package, then you have to submit it to apsstandard.org: http://apsstandard.org/applications/submit
So if I create own package and publish it on apsstandard everyone can use it? It is not what I want. I have own extensions and modifications and don't like to share it with public.

If you just wanna deploy extensions or modules for a server as administrator, use the normal ispconfig repository functions.
