I cant seem to delete a dns entry - i delete it, then go to empty the recycle bin and it's still there :-( Is there a manual method?
OK, some more info. It seems that ispconfig can't write to the zone file anymore. What user does it run as? If i try to add a new A record to a test domain, it appears in the list in ispconfig, and in the db, but not in the zone file. The /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/ispconfig.log file doesn't list anything interesting, i think that insert is the A record going into the database. Anyone got any bright ideas?
root Please make sure that the path to the zonefiles under management > server > settings is correct and that the zone file directory has the exact permissions as described in the perfect setup guide.
