I have a problem with the auto domain, to web tab I added entry [website_domain] .mydomain.tld, I added a wildcard dns entry to mydomain.tld but the auto domain still does not work, what could be the problem.
Did you crate or edit the website afterwards? Change sin settings tab get applied only when you create a new site or edit a existing one.
Yes after the changes I created a new customer, and added to it domain but it does not give any result.
is the DNS response correct? if you try nslookup customer.tld.yourdomain.tld what is in your vhost config ? it should be
