Automatic create folder outside /home, when adding new user

    Hi,
    Is there an built-in function to automatic create a folder outside /home, when adding a new user?
    I want to separate my users home and backup-folders, due to samba recyclebin...

    I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS on my file-server
