If I send an email through my domain as a user my messages are being signed and I can see that in the headers at gmail so I know its working. If I send an email to my autoresponder it's not being signed on the reply. How do I go about fixing this?

    Here is the log.

First - sorry for bumping old thread but it is first in google so easy for others to find.
I've noticed that I have same issue on my instance on ISPConfig:
I use separate IP addresses for each customer accout on ISPc - configures in postfix.
If I set autoresponder on mailbox, responses will be sent from servers main IP instead IP mapped for email domain.
All other emails from this domain submited with SMTP or webmail are send from proper IP.

Is there any chance to fix this?

Basically you need to activate sieve_vacation_send_from_recipient = yes

This setting determines whether vacation messages are sent with the SMTP MAIL FROM envelope address set to the recipient address of the Sieve script owner. Normally this is set to <>, which is the default as recommended in the specification. This is meant to prevent mail loops. However, there are situations for which a valid sender address is required and this setting can be used to accommodate for those.
Setting this to yes means that postfix knows who the sender is, and can apply the proper DKIM signing. It does have some drawbacks as mentioned in the quote above, about possible mail loops. Until I see that happening, I am considering a working DKIM signing more important.
I had the same issue and found my solution here
