Autoresponder do not work

Hi all

I've a ISPConfig Server 3 on a debian 5.
Completly installed. No I've tested the autoresponder, may it do not work.

Is this a bug or where could I look, that it works?

No, I see no error.

is mail system working properly when u send messages with mail account to outside your server etc?

May the message will not seending to the mailsender

Any reason or check where I could make. Our customer need it urgently.
