My autoresponder is not sending any response emails when it is turned on. Where is the information entered in the web interface saved? I suspect that it is not being downloaded to a file, since the /var/vmail/mailfilters directory is completely empty.
Any ideas? To validate I tested on two other panels and they are also not sending automatic responses.
A common mistake is to test the autoresponder again and again. The dovecot autoresponder will not send a message again for several days to the same sender, so changing something and testing again will not result in a autoresponse being sent. Another common mistake is not taking time zones into account, it might be that according to time zone differences between server and desktop that your autoresponse is not active yet.
