Hi, I have a problem. When i set autoresponder on an email mailbox, it works, but only 1 time. After sending second message to account with autoresponder, there is no reaction. Is it global problem with ISPConfig or only with my installation ? Best Regards.
Thats the expected behaviour for an autoresponder. The autoresponder knows which sender address received the message already and will nly send this message once every 24 hours to a recipient to avoid mail loops.
Is there any way to change this behavior? just to send something like "we just received your emai" every time when somebody send an message to account with autoresponder enabled.
Yes, you can change that by editing the sieve_filter_1.2.master file if you used dovecot or the autoresponder.master file for courier servers. A change in these files will affect all autoresponders that you create after this change in ISPConfig.
