My site's AWstats does not update any more after 22nd April. How do I repair it?
The report is still showing last month's data even though I select 2017-5 to show.

Do you have current log entries in /var/www/domain.tld/log/access.log for that site?

Yes, there is a access.log linked to 20170505-access.log. Looks good or not? :(

Check the root crontab to ensure that no ispconfig cronjobs are commented out (disabled).

    They are enabled.
I guess my ISPConfig 3.1.2 is broken for no obvious reason. :(

Check that the awstats settings under System > server config are correct (check that the paths / files mentioned there exist on your server).

Yes, all files in the right places and correctly filled in the ISPConfig control panel.
AWstats is not working yet! :(

Do you remember if you did anything special on the day it stopped working? Is it not working for one site or for all sites?

I limit access to my site's stats/ to my own IP only.
I also turn on ModSecurity 2.9 and Core Rule Set 3. Even I turn them off, there is still no awstats update.

Is it possible that awstats wont update the stats pages if there is no new visit during a certain period?

Sometimes, mysql server shows this error. Are they relevant this issue?

I also find that all 2 web sites suffer from this issue. I host only 2 web sites on this ispconfig installation. :(

Solved! Awstats reports are set in xml format, not the required html format! :p

Ok, so you probably changed some awstats config values before the issue started?

I activate some plugins in the file /etc/awstats/awstats.conf.local
The xml report format setting causes this issue! :p
