Did you wait at least 24 hours after the site got traffic and you switched on awstats statistics?

    # ls -lhd /var/www/clients/client82/web315/web/stats
    drwxr-xr-x 29 web315 client82 4,0K maali 29 00:07 /var/www/clients/client82/web315/web/stats
Have you chosen awstats as "Webstatistics program" in website settings?
The statistics are generated automatically. So I believe it is the usual ISPConfig server script that creates them. I do not know if you can run something to create only the statistics.

    Dear Till,

First of all, I hope you are your family is safe.
The website is created few days back, I was planning to check stats today.
So I created username/password and then the error. I will wait for one day to let the cron run and create the first Page.
Right now .. default program is webalizer or awstats in latest ispconfig?
    Take care brother ...

Few years back we can run daily_cron file and get the stats whenever we make a switch. I will wait for one day and then check.

Default is no statistics. Admin must turn on and choose which program to use.
