I have installed ISPConfig 3 on a Centos server, everything works fine.
I have waited some time that the stats would be generated, but there are no stats.
In the stats folder, i have the month folder, but it is empty.
I saw in index.php that it must be some file named awsindex.html.

    Thank you

Please check if the paths and scripts that are listed in ISPConfig under System > Server config > web > awstats exist on your server.

    Ok,
I checked all the files and one of them is missing
    /usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl
    i don't have the directory 'cgi-bin' in /usr/lib/
    Thank you

Please search for the awstats package with:

    yum search awstats

the name is probably just "awstats" and then install it with:

    yum install awstats

and then check if the awstats.pl is there now.

    Hello,
I did the search and the install again, but the message was
"Package awstats-7.3-2.el7.noarch already installed and latest version
    Nothing to do"
And there is no awstats.pl and no cgi-bin folder in /usr/lib
    I found an awstats.pl in "/usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl"
    Thank you

Please adjust the path to awstats.pl in ispconfig to match the path where the file is located on your server.

Did you wait 24 hours? The stats are generated nightly, you will have to wait until the next day after that change to see them.

Does the access.log file exists in the log folder of this website?

    sorted it out.
We should just set a password for stats in the sites section. once done then just login with those details and u are thru.but one problem is still there.if you wordpress theme or any other plugin uses rewrite or htaccess then the example.com/stats gets error 404
