BackTrack v5 scan on ISPConfig 3

I plan to do a BackTrack v5 Security Scan on my Ubuntu 10.04 ISPConfig v3 VM.

Anybody has experience to share?

What is a "Backtrack 5 Security Scan"???

In other words what exactly are you going to test and what do you expect of the outcome of you tests?

 

Everything will be clear when it is done.

I just did a very lengthy security vunlerabilites Scan on ISPConfig 3.053.


I will post part of the report here one by one. There are about 30 thousand rules in total.

 

I'd recommend not posting it publicly if you found anything vulnerable. Security issues should be sent to the developers first, so they can react.
