I am entertaining to reinstall UBUNTU 10.04 image on my remote server. Before I do that I would like to save everything relating to ISP3 and than reinstalled it after the new image is installed. Is it possible? Is there any list what should I download? Can I create ISP3 backup, download it and then upload it with all websites and settings? I suggest you create backups of /usr/local/ispconfig, /etc, /var/www, and /var/backups. Also create SQL dumps of your MySQL databases ( http://www.howtoforge.com/faq/6_3_en.html & http://www.howtoforge.com/faq/6_4_en.html ).
