I read backup tutorials and could not find any solution how to backup complete Linux box ( all mounted drives /boot /swap / ) on same disk. I would like to preform automated complete backups ( in case of hardware failur .. restoration of that images on another server thats completly empty with no OS installed ) If its not possible to do it on same disk I would consider using some external USB disk where images would be saved.
