In System --> Server Config --> Server tab is part which I can see on uploaded 1.png. There is "Backup mode" set by default as "Backup all files in web directory as root user". I have two questions to this part:
    1. In specified directory /var/backup I don't have any backuped files. How to turn on making backup?
    2. Option "Backup all files in web directory as root user" means that each web directory of each user will be backuped? As some one tar archive or something?
    ---------
Second thing which 2.png shows. There is some backup settings of specific website. Are these settings related to settings from Server Config? Do they create some cronjobs for specific user/root (if yes - where are they)?

    1. In /var/backup - after an upgrade or update of the ISPConfig version you will see a backup
    2. The second picture is for a website. First, you must create a backup job for that site and after that, a backup will be available for download or restore in the same view ... As you can see, it says "No Backup"

Backup job in "Backup interval"? Where are these backups stored?

At web Domain - any site if it says at "backup Interval" - No backup - no backup will be done. If its configured "Daily" or"Weekly" or "Monthly" below will appear Existing backups ... see screenshot.

And yes, those backups are available on /var/backup
