Go to website settings and there to the options tab. The backup folder can be set under system > server config. To use the backup, ensure that you have sudo installed.

You mix up the versions here. Backup is a feature of the 3.0.3 beta version and not of ispconfig 3.0.2.2. Do not install the beta on a production system!
There's no option for the client to backup his data immediately? And the client cant download his backup?
Correct. Backups are a time consuming task and rae created nightly. Sure he can. He has a backup folder in his website.
