I followed the most recent howto on base/snort for Gutsy. Everything seems to work but on the Base pages my TCP % is always 0. If I nmap my localhost nothing pops up. Its almost like Snort and Base didn't find each other. Any ideas on troubleshooting this?
Patience is a virtue I guess. Just needed to wait for it to trip on something I guess. Seems BASE and Snort are working.
