    Howdy Folks.

    Need your help/recommendations --

I'm trying to learn linux server operations and want to setup my home network to have business-like server functions....

What distribution is best for server operations (dns, e-mail, web, etc). Are all distributions the same in that respect?

your question is not that easy to answer. it depends on you and you alone can decide which is easiest. IMO, you will get the best community support with ubuntu and I would stick with dapper.
