How do the reminders work? Can they be sent automatically? This is missing in the documentation... Thanks, Yves
ISPConfig has 2 types of reminders: The recurring invoice item reminders are sent automatically at night by email to the customers. To enable it, set "Send email reminder" in the recurring item settings to a value > 0. The value in this field is in days, you can separate multiple values by ,. e.g.: 7,14 will send a reminder 14 days vefore the expiration date and another one 7 days before the expiration date. The other type of reminders are unpaid invoice reminders. They do not get send automatically in the current release, but I've planned to automate these reminder as well.
