Hello, I was just working with a customer regarding a recurring item. There doesn't seem to be any problems with any of the templates involved. For quite a while the payment gateway was not working (due to my stupidity)and was disabled when the recurring item was created. Now the payment gateway (paypal) works just fine and payments are recorded back and all is well there. However, the invoice that was sent today had the payment gateway set to "none" which, of course, disables the payment page which had http rather than https (I added a redirect), but I also suspect this recurring item was also created prior securing ispconfig with letsencrypt. New invoices I create manually have the payment gateway set to "auto" So the question is the gateway set to "none" and the payment page set to http rather than https due to the creation of the recurring item before the advent of the working payment gateway and ispconfig being secured with letsencrypt? If so, I imaging the solution would be to recreate the recurring item and disable the old one, correct? Thanks, Curtis
Please check the client settings in the billing module. The default payment gateway for automatically created invoices is stored in client settings; it's not stored in recurring items. So there is no need to delete and recreate the recurring item.
