Does anyone know where BIND stores secondary zones that are configured in the "Secondary DNS-Zones" tab? Are they stored on NS1 (main) server or NS2 server?
The secondary zone is created on the server that you select in the server field of the secondary zone and these zones are stored locally by BIND.
So if I create s secondary zone of would then be stored on the selected server as a "pri.site" file in "etc/bind" main folder or would of be saved in the "etc/bind/slave" subfolder?
