I recently changed the hostname of a site that is in ISPConfig, now it seems the error log is blank and nothing is being written to it. I am seeing errors on the site so I am confused as to why the error log is blank. Ideas?
What error log are you looking at? Have you checked web server error log, probably in /var/log/ somewhere, and the website logs in /var/www/<website url>/log/ directory?
Hey Taleman, I was looking in /var/www/${client_}/log/ and also /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/${client_url}..... i restarted apache and i started getting logs, not sure what the issue was. but it is working now. Thanks for all the help, and also yes I did indeed get the admin account fixed.
