They need to know how to do a lock to an Address to mail to prevent you from sending emails and that these are automatically discarded. since it is a website that some spammer has discovered how to make shipments from that site and this hurting my server. The hosting has email accounts, so I need to block only one shipping bill. as I can do? thank you very much
All emails send trough localhost, so blocking just one site is not that easy. you can try to add a postfix blacklist entry of type sender for this address in ispconfig if it is just one email address.
