Blocked outgoing emails

    Hi Guys

    I got a new one, that i need help being pointed in the right direction.

    I have a client, who sends .rtf files out, and only one of the users are being blocked.

    NB. I know the date and time is off a little on the last two lines, but that was because i got the client to send it a few times, and i was taking as it was coming in.

    Any suggestions?

    Does this user which is not able to receive the message has a different spamfilter policy selected then the other ones that receive the email?
