Broadcast email to all hosted users (revisiting old topic)

As per http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8323 from 2006, has there been any progress in creating a way to mass email all of the users on a machine, so as to notify about downtime or general service messages?

Falko apparently added it to the To-Do list in November of 2006, but I can't find any other mention of it.

Thank you, I went through there several times, and somehow missed that section.

 

I used the "Send email message to all clients and resellers" section, but it does not appear to have done anything.

No errors, it just says "Email sent to" - and the rest is blank.
