Heh in ubuntu i cannot install this http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42349 so i hate linux in this way :-D
download this file http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/non-free/f/firmware-nonfree/firmware-bnx2_0.14+lenny2_all.deb save to usb drive, boot lenny instalation CD, and when configuring network, installer will ask to search drivers in USB, anwser yes and network is working, note: unplug USB before configuring disks
