firstly, you do not have 2 copies per day configured. the scheduled backups will not backup more than once a day, at the time configured in system - server config - <servername> - server tab. what you have configured there is for it to keep the last 2 backups. so if you backup in eg 1 hour from now, 11.30am 15th april, it would keep that backup, and yesterday's backup - 11.30am 14th april. the backup made on the 13th april will be deleted. what you are seeing in the logs: mar abr 14 16:20:01 CEST 2020 database c1bdinstitut size does not exceed quota: unlimited (quota) > 141641243 (used) this has nothing to do with any backups, it's merely checking that any configured quota's are not being exceeded, and as you can see from your logs, this check will run every 5 minutes. as for the backups themselves, I don't know if they're failing, have you only recently changed the backup interval to daily? have you only recently changed the number of copies to keep? you also seem to have a file backup from jan 28th, which doesn't match with any of the db backups. I would suggest you download the latest db and file backup archives, and delete the stored backups in ispconfig, then check in that servers database, (and the master's if multiserver) and see what information they contain on existing backups for that site. hopefully, they won't list any entries for existing backups for that site anymore. now you should be at a point where some testing/troubleshooting can take place. you could now just leave it a day or two and recheck what's been backed up and when. or you could manually run the backup script to check there isn't any problem with that. you can search on these forums for 'troubleshoot backups', that should give you plenty of threads that go into detail on how to troubleshoot backup problems and manually test the backup scripts.
