Bug: Databases limit

    Hi!

    On ISPC 2.2.11 I created a site with the number of databases limited to 1 database. I then created a database, used it for a while, then deleted it. Now when I try to create a new database in the same site, ISPC tells me that the number of databases allowed for this site has been exceeded.

    I think the database you've deleted is still within one of your recycle bins.
    Please erase it first there.
