If you list website's quota (Sites->Statisticas->Website Quota (Harddisk)), it will be listed exactly the double of the quota a site has assigned.

For example, for a site with a 2 GB harddisk quota, you will see 4096/4098 MB listed.

I have listed quotas on system (repquota -avug), and they are correctly assigned, so it must be a bug in ISPConfig

I've opened a bug in bugtrack:

Sites you see with "4096 MB" quota, really have 2048 MB allowed. quotarep and site info say so

The site you see with "8192 MB", really have 4096 MB assigned.

    That is the bug :)

Quota works fine on my servers too. How many quota enabled partitions and harddisks do you have on your server?

I have ten quota enabled partitions (not partitions, but LV)

    /mnt/backup
    /opt/
    /var/lib/mysql/
    /var/tmp/
    /var/www/
    /var/vmail/
    /var/
    /usr/
    /home/
