First, its not a bug. 1024 SSL certificates are absolutely fine. Thats godaddy changed their policy to not accpet them anymore, is a different thing. To your question, yes, you can chnage it in the plugin by chnaging the value from 1024 to 2048.
have a howto to change for 2048? I found some but ispconfig3 not generate the same. conditions would have to support remote?
