I installed the new update and cant access the ispconfig control panel.
I get a error message stating the server has internal error. Ububtu 11.10 and I read through all related posts and tried stated solutions which didnt work for me. It appears to be a php problem but I cant solve it. How would I best restore the backup that is made prior to the upgrade install? There isnt much info on how to restore it.

The error messages you posted seem to be from a webite but not from controlpanel. Here is no bug ith he update btw., what ou encounter is a issue ith your installation as one of the system requirements must be missing. Which tutorial did you use to install the server? And which exact ipconfig version did ou install?
