Just commited bulgarian translation for the interface. Help files are not included. All credits go to a client of mine who translated the files. Translation is good enough. Especially for the clients and resellers. I didn't have time to revize and there are some things that are not very well translated in terms of ISPConfig contekst. All is in windows-1251, so the interface charset must be set to this encoding in order to work. This in case you are bulgarian. Just another idea of mine is to set the encoding not in ISPConfig configuration, but in the language files instead. This will prevent people from seeing strange characters. But I don't think I can implement this.
