Good morning. I have recently migrated a server but acme.sh has not gotten all the settings for renewing certs, so I need to remove letsencrypt certs from all sites then add it again. Is there a way we can do that through the command line, so I don't have to go through all the sites manually through the web interface?
There is no command-line tool for that. It should be possible to write a script using ISPConfig API for that, but unless you have hundreds of sites, its probably faster doing this with the UI than writing a script. What you describe is the issue of why we recommend not switching between LE clients when doing a migration.
