CA signed SSL

Hi

Anyone know how I would go about to setup CA signed ssl for ispconfig? (not for sites, but for the actual controlpanel)

I can find the SSL directories, but I'm having trouble knowing which file is which.
And also where to put the intermediate cert / chainfiles.

CA is GoDaddy btw.

 

certificates are in /root/ispconfig/httpd/conf in appropriate directories , all called server.*
