cacti graphing problems

this is the tutorial i was using as guide, but, the problem is that i have a xampp installed, so was trying to adjust some settings....

fisrt of all, everything went fine, with the adjusting of the commands and the lines, but now im getting problems with the rrdtool this is the issue:

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/usr/local/cacti/rra/sw-far3_traffic_in_28.rrd': No such file or directory


this file is not created .... who has acces in it ??
and what exacttly i have to change from these settings so the rra and the log files can be written ?? cause i m guessing this is the problem right ?? i havent used the exact tutorial, cause i had to change the versions, the old ones i can t find them all ..... all the versions of the packages are the latest stable releases

cd /../usr/local/cacti
chown -R cactiuser rra/ log/
chgrp apache log/cacti.log
chmod g+w log/cacti.log

on the cacti official forum i ve read something about changing the user as root, or even changing the user root to acces, that means that i have to chown root rra and log and to make the crond line from root with user root instead of cactiuser ..... at least that s what i understood from that topic if it s not correct please guide me

 

ok, right now i ve got another issue ... i found the command:

php -q poller.php --force

this one starts having some results
no more file not found, right now i get nan message in graphics, i will try now to use the debug section from the cacti website ...... but this command doesn look at all as the cronjob from the centos tutorial,
it means i have to change it first of all as root, and second to make the crond job from root not from cactiuser .... is that correct ??

and if it is, can u pls help me make the command for cronjob to work ?? i mean the real line ..
