I have installed cacti server and after finishing the configuration I get the below error, please your help .

Try to find out what Operating System is on that host.
Check cacti is installed properly, is there anything in /usr/share/cacti for example?
Is your screenshot 4 copies of an error message, or 4 different error messages?

Try to find out what Operating System is on that host. :- Centos 6.5
Check cacti is installed properly, is there anything in /usr/share/cacti for example? yes a lot of files related to cacti
Is your screenshot 4 copies of an error message, or 4 different error messages? No the same error

Have you checked if the files mentioned in the error message exist? What owner and permission do they have? Can the cacti user read those files?

So the error message is correct, theses files do not exist. Seems like cacti is not running or has some problems. Check the logfiles
