Hi, the princpal domain I can configure thunderbird client using ssl/tls with no problem. But with a second domain in the same server thunderbird can't acces to the server. It display "can't find configuration for this server". Please advice to configure the second domain with SSL/TLS. I attach mailog.txt and htf_report. user & password works on roundcube Regards,
The configuration of the second domain is the same than the one of the first domain, so just do the same that you did for the other domain to configure it. If the first domain works and the second domain works in roundcube, then there is no issue on your mail server. Maybe the DNS configuration of your domain is not correct and points to a different server or you use a wrong mail server name in your email client.
