I am having a high issue with SPAM on the ISPConfig 3. Nothing seems to work with filters, snippets, RBLS. Does anyone have a solution to spam.
Take a look at the mail headers, there you see which rules got applied and then you can adjust the filtering levels (tag2 level and kill level) accordingly.
What setup did you use? This is a good resource to harden your system for spam https://www.howtoforge.com/hardening-postfix-for-ispconfig-3 and I revcall we had a lengthy discussion and someone created a great antispam tutorial in the forum somewhere maybe 2 years ago....I can't find it at the moment. I think it was in the tip/tricks section.
