Can I prevent bad customer from using their services?

Hi there. We have a customer not paying for the services they requested. We have no choice but to temporarily block their services (web and email accounts). I've noticed I can deactivate their web service (and visitors will get a 503 error). However, for the email accounts (they have many), I've tried going to their email domain and deactivate, but only incoming messages to their accoounts are rejected, and they can still use smtp services to send messages. Is there a way I can completely block their email services without changing passwords or deleting accounts?

    TIA,

    Ignacio

Within ISPconfig 3 goto Email, and select domain in question.
Now deselect "Active", and press "Save"
You will need todo this for every domain that you would like to "block"

Thanks edge, but when I follow your instructions, the email accounts are still accessible via pop3 and email can be sent using its credentials. Email cannot be sent to these accounts, though.
