    Hi,
I have installed SSL for my website through ispconfig3 control panel and everything (SSL Key, SSL Request, and SSL Certificate) has been created except SSL bundle, but I cannot access my website by using https, the website only accessed without https.

Please help me with this issue as I am planning to move my other websites which are using SSL.

    Regards,

that's ok. the SSL bundle is optional and if you added it in ispconfig, then it is included into the crt file on newer apache versions and on nginx, so don't worry when you have no separate bundle file.

take a look at the apache / nginx folder 'sites-available' which holds the vhost files, does it contain a file with the file ending .err for this website? If yes, then the config caused apache to fail and ispconfig reverted to the last working config.

I cheked /etc/apache2/sites-available, there is no file that ends with .err as shown below:

    root@vmi125254:/etc/apache2/sites-available# ls
    000-default.conf herbalafiyah.com.vhost naturalfarmasi.com.vhost
    apps.vhost ispconfig.conf softacoupon.com.vhost
    default-ssl.conf ispconfig.vhost supersoftdeal.com.vhost
    root@vmi125254:/etc/apache2/sites-available#

Did you select "Save certificate" in the action field on the SSL tab of the website before you pressed save? If not, go to the ssl tab, select save as action and press save. Then wait 1 - 2 minutes and test again if ssl works now.
