ISPConfig is running fine according to the output above. Please post the output of:

Did you forward port 81 to the right ISPConfig server?

From where are you trying to reach ISPConfig? From inside your LAN, using your public IP address or hostname? Maybe your router doesn't support loopbacks.

I`m typing from outside my home network, with the old server did work fine i could connect using my public ip from outside my lan network without any problem ,with the new server is the real problem doesen`t work and making me crazy. I reinstalled the server last night including ISPconfig and still having this problem :(

yes , edge did access to my old server ``server1`` that one working perfect , now i bought a new server ``server2`` and i did install centos 5.2 sand ispconfig so i can migrate all the hosted websites from server 1 to my new server 2, now as long as server 2 not woking perfectly i can not migrate the websites to the new server.
i will try to resit the router ,as a possibily to resolve this problem, perhaps the router is bloking the new server ports.
I thank everybody that has tried to resolve with me this problem

Pff finally i resolved the problem.
1- I had to remove iptables and all the dependencies
2-and install again but without dependencies
then i installed ISPconfig and now is working fine.

    I thank everybody here
