Can not create a 'Server' in Server Settings

Finally, after some hours, installed ISPConfig 2 on Ubuntu 9.10 and it all seems to be OK. Except that when I attempt to create a 'Server' to add Hosting Clients to the (i.e. default is 'Server 1' hostname 'www') settings they do NOT stick. The changes 'save' but do not apply themselves. So, I am unable to create a Server.
From my testing so far, all other aspects seem to be 100% ok.

    Any suggestions, ideas?
    Thanks folks!

Looks as if ispconfig is not installed properly on your system. the databse is created automatically by the ispconfig installer incl. this server record. You must have created the database manually and inserted the mysql dump manually, but this can not work. To fix this, uninstall ispconfig, delete the databse and reinstall ispconfig.
