Can not create new websites ispconfig3.0.3

    I have the latest version of ispconfig installed. Running CentOS 5.5.

    I create the website entry, add DNS entries but the creation of the site directories do not get created. Deleted the entry and tried again but the file structure does not exist for website. What am I missing?

    The monitoring module is only showing that ClamAV is out of date.
    I have deleted and tried creating other websites. The data in the database is created but not the directory structure and or entries for apache.
    Attempting to access the website results in an internal error.

    What permissions or code should I look at?

    I have also noticed that cron jobs are entered into the database but not added to the crontab.

    It appears that ispconfig has lost permissions to do anything except for the database.

    1.) Does Apache spit-out any errors when you start the service?

    2.) Is Apache able to write to the given domain's log file at /var/www/domain.tld/log/error.log?

    Apache has no error except for no virtual domain on an ip error.
    Apache has no problems writing to log or error files.

    On CentOS 5.5 I am running PHP 5.3.3. I have many websites that are php based and have not found a problem with the package.

    Found error:
    client denied by server configuration /var/www/awstats ...

    Plus I am getting a few Depracated errors.

    When I did a yum update there was a complaint about selinux not configured properly because of some configuration in ispconfig. I am using putty on win xp so I could not copy that information. selinux is off!

    What configuration should I look at?

    Yes, the job queue is packed with 6 pages of tasks.

    processes killed but I have a cron job that starts it every minute.
    Killing the processes and starting the /usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.php does not resolve the job queue problem.
    Anything else I can can do?
    Would running update work?

    I need to to fix the job queue problems asap.
    I have several websites that I need to implement and changes to others.
    What code do I look at to manually do the job queue?
    Or point me to the code that does this so that I can resolve the error?
    The email stuff is working but the stuff for the DNS and creation of the website structure is failing.

    you have to run the server.sh script, not the php script. Running the php script directly will not work diue to missing or wrong server enviroment variables.

    so the steps are:

    1) enable debugging in ispconfig.
    2) login as root on the shell and run:

    /usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.sh

    and post the output that you get on the shell.

    If you get an error like this:

    09.12.2010-10:15 - DEBUG - There is already an instance of server.php running. Exiting.

    then run then run:

    rm -f /usr/local/ispconfig/server/temp/.ispconfig_lock

    and then run the server.sh script again.
