Hi all! i cann't delete reseller which i have just created, the output is: The reseller was not deleted. The reseller can only be deleted if all sites and customers of the reseller have been deleted. Also make sure that the waste-paper basket of the reseller is empty i deleted all client+site of this reseller, after that, i get in recyclebin, choose: Empty recycle bin with Note: Items remaining in recycle bin after emptying are currently in update state. Please try to delete them later later, i retry and the notice is : The system is currently updating the configuration files Next day, i login ISPConfig system, and try to delete reseller but can not. All the config section of sites in Vhosts_ispconfig.conf stiil there Please help me! Is Reseller information is saved in ispconfig database
Hi Till! I have some info in ispconfig.log but it seems unvaluable: But, when i creat new reseller, incrediblely, i can remove this new reseller. Check ispconfig.log file has nothing any else. These old reseller still cann't be removed. I guess they have some problems.
