The log does not contain any connections from a external mailserver, so the problem can be: 1) The dns record is not corrcet. 2) Port 25 is not forwarded from router to the server IP if your server is installed in a local network. 3) Port 25 is blocked by a firewall on the server, a router or by your ISP. 4) Postfix is not listening on the external network interface. Please post the output of: netstat -tap and iptables -L

Then your problem is not on your ispconfig server and a reinstall will not help. Either your dns record is not correct or you have a firewall or router in front of the server which blocks port 25 or the ISP which you use to connect the server with the internet blocks port 25.
You are quite right! Hi Till, Thanks a lot! You were quite right! Today at 13.18 the filter/port 25 was removed permanent! They promised me an open port 25 when I ordered the line, but didn't do it properly! After some discussion they made the permanent change to the line Thanks Till... But, the mail worked for 5 minuts and the it stopped working again, and bounced the mail. But now I can see it arrive in the mail-log.. Will you take a look at this too please?: I have posted a new post - it's a kind of "new problem" so this is the right thing to do I guess PS! And many thanks to "MarkC" as well, who has been quite helpfull... Thanks you for that Mark..
